*Can't play video games tonight so I decided to work on a character I've been meaning to all year. Ha.
She doesn't have a name yet and an undeveloped story and personality, but she's a fan character of Dragon Age.

She's an elf that lives in the deeper Deep Roads. Similar to Fenris who has lyrium tattoos, she lives in a colony of dwarves who escaped Cadash Thaig along with a number of elves. They've lived under ground for centuries together, and the elves amongst them have been "accepted by the stone", somewhat. Their affinity to magic has diminished and they've gradually become like the dwarves, unable to wield magic. Some elves who are born mages there rely on lyrium tattoos and branding to amplify their magic so that they can cast spells. They mostly use it in a druidic sense I guess, but I was inspired to make them work like Earth Benders xD blegh.
So she has lyrium in her hands, and so they're slightly disfigured from it so she mostly wears gloves. Maybe she also wears special lyrium spellcaster gloves to further amp up her magic. Iunno.
Initially I imagined her to be a really timid character, sort of a loner in her elf-dwarven community because magic casters are rare, and as a kid they made fun of her hands because they were disfigured from the lyrium. So appearance wise, she has bad posture and slumps a lot. I'm also thinking she'd be very skinny - skinnier than the average elf.
I don't know what colour to make her skin and hair. It's really hard not to take the drow colouration path.

Anyway. This is what I do when I can't play video games!
